Strawberry Balls

A sweet and healthy bite-size snack to give you a boost of energy in the afternoon.

Ingredients

Makes 24 balls

250g fresh strawberries

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup desiccated coconut

8 fresh dates, seeds removed

Method

  1. Discard green leaves from strawberries. Rinse clean and halve.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process well until a dough forms.
  3. Rolls into balls. Enjoy chilled.

* Due to the saturated fat content of coconut, it is classed as a discretionary food. Alternatives for coconut include unsaturated fats such as nuts or seeds.
